Stress, in my opinion, is the number one cause of poor health. Even Mt Elizabeth Hospital doctors agree that prolonged stress contributes to heart problems, high blood pressure, and neck and shoulder pain. Unfortunately, stress even weakens our immune system and hence, our ability to fight infections.

These 3 quick relief exercises are suitable for all new patients. We recommend doing them at least once per day. It only takes 10 secs for each exercise up to 1 minute for some of them. They may look simple but when done consistently could bring significant stress reduction.
